Responsibilities

Advise product, engineering, and business teams on a range of legal issues related to product development
Support areas including search, copyright, finance, competition, and privacy
Design and implement strategies for compliance with global legal and regulatory requirements and respond to emerging legal challenges
Collaborate closely with commercial counsel working on agreements with partners and customers
Partner with cross-functional teams, including regulatory counsel, trust and safety, PR, etc
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

Required

5+ Years of experience
Ability to advise product, engineering, and business teams on a range of legal issues related to product development

Collaborate closely with commercial counsel working on agreements with partners and customers
Partner with cross-functional teams, including regulatory counsel, trust and safety, PR, etc
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Privacy, competition, copyright and content regulation expertise
Prior product counseling experience
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to understand and explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely, including to product and business leaders
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
