Responsibilities

Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services
Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals
Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles
Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained

Required

Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required)
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
Strong computer skills
Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
Excellent interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
All employees must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, drug test, and motor vehicle record check (if applicable to position)
