Responsibilities
Perform Inspections in accordance with code and project requirements
Interpret project plans and specifications and ensure project requirements are being met
Activities will include performing field testing and inspections
Review plans and specifications, performing the inspections accordingly
Communicate results with contractors, engineers and others
Input results and observations into daily reports
Qualification
Required
3+ years construction materials testing and special inspection experience required
International Code Council (ICC) Certifications are required in the following areas: Soils, Structural Masonry, Reinforced Concrete, Welding, Steel and Bolting
Proof of clean driving record
Preferred
ICC Master of Special Inspections is highly preferred
