Responsibilities

Lead and scale all financial operations, including month-end close, budgeting, billing, grants, and fund accounting
Directly manage a team of five: project manager, senior accountant, AP, billing, and grants manager
Own financial oversight during new billing system integration and ongoing process improvements
Drive grant compliance, allocation strategy, and reporting accuracy

Required

Proven nonprofit fund and grant accounting experience (healthcare or FQHC highly preferred)
