Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Marketing) to ensure project success and compliance
Support design verification and validation activities, including writing protocols/reports, coordinating testing, and evaluating test results
Develop and maintain risk management documentation and apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with quality systems by building quality into all aspects of work and maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements
Participate in the development and execution of streamlined business systems to identify and resolve quality issues effectively
Act as a quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication of quality initiatives across teams and projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a Scientific discipline
0–1 year of experience (internships or hands-on experience preferred)
Knowledge and experience in test validation processes and methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
