Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of the global SIOP and TRR processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational excellence
Manage talent development and skills management to build a high-performing engineering organization
Oversee 3rd party and contract service worker partnerships and ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Implement labor cost (OEF) management practices to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure lab infrastructure and site needs are met to support R&D initiatives while managing global footprint strategies
Utilize Global Design Models (GDM) to drive engineering operations transformation
Manage timesheet processes to ensure accurate data controls and reporting
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of experience in engineering leadership roles
Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong technical expertise in engineering operations
Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
Excellent leadership abilities and strategic thinking skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Desired experience includes a minimum of 8 years in engineering leadership
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in the relevant engineering discipline
