Responsibilities
Assist in managing all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
