Responsibilities
Developing and executing comprehensive media strategies to scale our reach
Managing and optimizing media budgets to ensure high ROI/ROAS
Analyzing campaign data to find "the story" behind the numbers and pivoting quickly
Maintaining constant communication with our creative and marketing teams
Continuously optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed our growth goals
Qualification
Required
[2-3] years of direct, hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with a demonstrable track record of success
Experience managing large monthly ad spends (e.g., $50k+/month)
Experience in E-commerce, ideally in the Health & Wellness Industry
Deep, practical expertise within Meta Ads Manager, including all campaign objectives, targeting options, bidding strategies, and pixel/CAPI implementation
A strong, data-driven and analytical mindset. You must be comfortable in spreadsheets and able to turn data into a compelling story
Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to give clear, direct, and constructive feedback to creative teams
A genuine passion for digital marketing and a 'student of the game' mentality. You actively seek out new information and are excited to learn
Familiarity with using Twitter/X as a professional resource for learning and trend-spotting
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Knowledge of other paid media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Google Ads)
Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and data visualization tools (e.g., Triple Whale)
