Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) remain focused and productive
Complete callbacks for discharged cases promptly
Monitor and respond to messages in a timely manner
Post employee payroll deductions
Prepare deposit tickets as needed
Address and resolve client complaints effectively
Train and onboard new employees
Lead daily morning huddles to align team priorities
Provide support to CSRs with complex tasks or inquiries
Coordinate coverage for call-outs and scheduled PTO
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in a client service role
Manage and maintain accurate financial records
