Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for real estate clients from outreach to close
Educate agents, teams, and brokers on how Voice AI improves lead response and conversion
Leverage your industry knowledge to consult on how AI can solve common pain points
Build and manage a strong pipeline using outbound and inbound strategies
Collaborate with product and marketing to tailor positioning for real estate
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a licensed real estate agent, broker, or real estate team member
Strong consultative sales skills and able to demo and articulate value clearly
Understanding of real estate workflows, lead flow, and CRM tools (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE)
Tech savvy, curious, and excited about the potential of AI in real estate
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, early stage environment
Preferred
Sales experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or PropTech is a plus
