Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational design, and employee relations
Lead HR initiatives that support growth, engagement, retention, and performance
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Lead benefits strategy, design, administration, and vendor management, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs
Evaluate and optimize payroll and benefits systems, policies, and processes for efficiency and scalability
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ACA, ERISA, EEOC)
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
Manage audits, reporting, and risk mitigation related to HR, payroll, and benefits
Oversee onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
Champion employee engagement and organizational culture
Address complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR, payroll, and benefits team
Establish clear goals, accountability, and professional development opportunities
Foster a collaborative, service-oriented HR function

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership responsibility
Demonstrated expertise in payroll and benefits administration. Knowledge of Paycom HRIS is a plus
Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence at all levels

Preferred

HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPP, or equivalent)
Experience leading HR in a multi-location or high growth environment
HRIS and payroll system implementation or optimization experience
