Responsibilities
Design and engineer site layouts, drainage, utilities, and roadways
Interpret zoning ordinances and regulatory requirements to ensure project compliance
Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction oversight
Collaborate with architects, planners, environmental consultants, and other specialists to deliver cohesive, client-focused solutions
Promote innovative and sustainable design practices, including green infrastructure and smart growth strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
2+ years of experience in land development
Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater management, and regulatory processes
Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering software
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with clients and project stakeholders
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
PE license is not required, but looking to work toward licensure is preferred
