Lead the engineering teams in the design and execution of land development projects, including site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and roadways

Navigate zoning ordinances, regulatory requirements, and permitting processes to secure approvals and ensure project compliance

Present designs, updates, and recommendations to clients; serve as a trusted technical resource and project representative

Mentor, train, and guide engineers and staff to build skills, maintain quality standards, and support professional growth

Manage and oversee engineering teams to ensure deadlines, budgets, and project goals are met

Conduct engineering analyses and develop cost-effective solutions

Collaborate with surveyors, architects, planners, environmental specialists, and other team members to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions

Incorporate sustainability and innovation, including green infrastructure and smart growth practices
