Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for electrical and/or MEP systems

Produce coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and prefab spool sheets

Collaborate with VDC, prefab, and field teams to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project standards

Participate in coordination meetings and clash detection reviews (e.g., Navisworks, ACC)

Incorporate markups, field redlines, and design revisions into the model

Maintain model organization, naming conventions, and project file standards

Support prefabrication by generating detailed assemblies and quantity takeoffs

Assist in implementing BIM standards, templates, and best practices across projects

Coordinate model data with other trades to minimize field conflicts and rework
