Responsibilities
Lead a team of diverse associates to deliver on commitments for client deployments
Present and negotiate the design of proposed solutions with the client
Advise clients on standard methodologies for outsourcing solutions
Craft and deliver client-facing implementation reporting/documentation
Produce monthly revenue forecast including variance to targets
Interact with Multiple Product Lines across the Financial Institutions Group
Establish team goals and completing performance and merit reviews
Assist the team to ensure project related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and financial measures are understood, monitored and reported
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an Implementation/Project Management position
Experience with configuration, accounting and/or outsourcing
Experience with revenue planning and forecasting for portfolio projects within a Professional Services environment
Preferred
Previous experience in direct management or supervision of staff
Experience with or familiarity with Enterprise Software
SAAS, hosted, cloud or related technology experience
Knowledge of Fiserv core software
Experience in wire processing, banking, or payment processing
Project management experience
Bachelor's degree
