Shadow senior tech sales professionals on client and hiring manager calls
Understand IT roles, job requirements, and enterprise technology basics
Assist with call summaries, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Learn to identify stakeholders, decision-makers, and org structures
Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams
Qualification
Required
0–3 years experience in IT recruitment, staffing, inside sales, or delivery support
Strong communication and listening skills
Functional understanding of technology (no coding required)
Curiosity to learn enterprise sales and account management
