Responsibilities
Safely operate forklift trucks and hoist equipment to move, stack, and transport materials
Perform yard jockeying tasks, including pulling trailers into docks
Complete daily safety checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies in our inventory management system
Organize storage spaces and pick products according to detailed lists
Coordinate external shipments, including mail pickups and deliveries, with vendors
Communicate with internal and external partners to manage schedules and resolve issues
Count, weigh, and record material movements on daily tracking sheets
Keep production running smoothly with occasional team tasks or auxiliary assignments
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalency
Successful completion of Hoist Operation certification within 30 days
Preferred
2 years of forklift or hoist operation experience
Previous experience with Microsoft Office products
