Responsibilities

Helping identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases

Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates

Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team while participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective

Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates
