Installing, configuring, and maintaining network and communication systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Coordinating with clients
Ensuring secure and high-performance connectivity
Supporting SD-WAN and unified communications implementations
Providing technical guidance
Maintaining documentation and compliance with industry standards
Qualification
Required
Technical skills in network installation, configuration, and maintenance, including SD-WAN and managed connectivity technologies
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in telecommunications and networking environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and familiarity with single-pane security management systems
Experience with unified communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams PBX and Office 365 integration
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting project deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications, networking, or related field
Preferred
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or related credentials are a plus
