Responsibilities
Facilitate ballpark fundraising through the 50/50 Raffle and Community Clubhouse
Oversee team members who will be selling 50/50 Raffle tickets at Oracle Park
Aid the Development Assistant with greeting winners and processing winner's paperwork
Lead Team Member recruitment, hiring, scheduling and training
Manage supplies and ordering for the raffle
Create and analyze Excel and Google spreadsheets of 50/50 Raffle seller statistics to track and improve sales
Play a key role in facilitating online auctions for the Giants Community Fund
Provide guidance and oversight to fundraising ventures at Oracle Park
Coordinate the assembly and sales of Mystery Grab Bags and Mystery Baseballs
Provide assistance on Giants Community Fund events throughout the season
Be a working member of the Development Committee
Earn trust and collaborate with different people and departments
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, self-direct tasks, and manage overlapping projects with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage staff members and volunteers effectively for events/projects
Proficient in graphic design software (i.e. Canva) and Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, especially during the baseball season
