Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of IT architects responsible for Azure GovCloud and FedRAMP-compliant architectures
Define and execute enterprise IT architecture strategies aligned with government-sector business goals
Oversee planning and implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant Azure GovCloud solutions
Ensure adherence to FedRAMP and architecture governance standards across all projects
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and innovation within the architecture function
Manage architecture planning budgets while maintaining cost-effective, high-quality solutions
Prioritize projects and allocate resources to meet strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in IT architecture planning
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
Proven experience with Azure GovCloud and FedRAMP compliance
Demonstrated success managing complex architecture projects end-to-end
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills
Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience using IT architecture tools such as Enterprise Architect or MEGA
Background in driving digital transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to align business needs to technology solutions
