They are seeking compassionate, responsible couples to serve as live-in House Parents for four to six international high school students in Philadelphia, PA, creating a structured and nurturing home environment while mentoring students during their year abroad.
Higher Education
Responsibilities
Provide daily care and supervision for four to six international students
Prepare and serve three daily meals, including packed school lunches
Ensure safe transportation to and from the school
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive home atmosphere
Offer emotional and spiritual support as the students’ main guardians
Support students academically and socially, and foster cultural exchange
Uphold household safety standards and promote respectful behavior
Qualification
Required
Couple preferred
Age 25+
Available full-time from September 2026 through June 2027, with the possibility of being considered for new openings at any time
Must complete an interview and background check
Ability to maintain a structured home routine and set boundaries
Willingness to follow all ABC Education Group policies and safety guidelines
