Responsibilities
Support development, analysis, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Generate leads and support sales growth through targeted marketing efforts
Create and maintain engaging content for social media, email, and web platforms
Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing materials
Write, proof, and edit content for newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to bring creative ideas to life
Manage inventory and fulfillment of promotional materials, ensuring timely restocking and delivery
Oversee print and digital production for brochures, flyers, apparel, and related materials
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, trainings, and promotions
Support event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up
Maintain and enhance the company’s WordPress websites
Monitor and improve SEO, PPC, and SEM performance
Track analytics, web traffic, and campaign data to guide decisions
Support online store transactions and reporting
Maintain accurate contact lists and segmentation in Constant Contact
Assist with lead generation and CRM management
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a relevant field or comparable professional experience
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Portfolio showcasing past work
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience working with CRM systems
Driver's License
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design
Familiarity with WordPress, ClickUp, Constant Contact, and Canva – tools currently used at CraneWerks
