Responsibilities
You’ll be on the road, visiting shops in the South Central heat, and hearing "I'm happy with what I have" a dozen times a day
You need the curiosity to ask the one question that makes them rethink their current supplier
You will need to learn our film inside and out
If a customer asks a difficult question about installation tack or chemical resistance, you should be excited to answer it
You’ll be expected to help us build the "South Central Playbook" and share what’s working with the rest of the team
Qualification
Required
Proven Performance: A documented history of exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
Technical Aptitude: The ability to learn, simplify, and present complex technical information
Resilience: A 'thick skin' and a short memory for rejection
Experience: Familiarity with the automotive or paint protection industry is a plus, but your drive and curiosity matter most
