Inbound Customer Service Representative
DeDomenico Orthodontics is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to join their customer-first team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and emails, diagnose issues, and guide customers to satisfactory resolutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls and emails professionally and courteously, maintaining high service standards
Identify root causes of issues and deliver clear, practical solutions or escalate to the appropriate specialist when needed
Offer and process repair or replacement options, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately log all interactions, outcomes, and next steps in the company CRM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical support, logistics, and sales) to resolve complex cases quickly
Work toward team performance goals and KPIs such as first contact resolution, customer satisfaction, and timely case closure
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate and manage difficult conversations
Comfortable using phone systems, email, and CRM platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred
some college or vocational training is a plus
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or technical support preferred)
experience with Zendesk, Salesforce or similar is a plus
