Responsibilities

Working knowledge of product development architecture
Help define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Cleaning and translation of user submitted requests into technical backlog items
Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Work with product team on backlog management, iteration planning, lead standups, and host retrospectives for each sprint
Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Head up communication to the business on released enhancements or major announcements regarding the product
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Coordinate with stakeholders and app/devs on testing/QA of completed tasks
Manage the associated reporting, dashboard, and forecasting environments
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Required

Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Microsoft 365 architecture

Preferred

1-3 years' experience in a product owner or analyst role preferred
CSPO or similar preferred
Human Capital, IT, or startup experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
