Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, contested hearings, mediation, reviewing pleadings and preparing for and going to trial

Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Conduct legal research and draft complex pleadings, motions, and briefs

Provide client consultations to determine and address their legal needs

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases favorably

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
