Responsibilities
Assisting in the development of project (cut over) plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Collaborating with team members to ensure clear communication, coordination, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Tracking project tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents
Identifying and assessing project risks and issues and working with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitating effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and conducting quality reviews to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Assisting in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that project costs are within the allocated budget
Assisting in managing project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and resource reallocations, while minimizing the impact on project objectives
Participating in project post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Student Intern must be currently enrolled in college courses (under-grad or post-grad degree program) in related field, or recently graduated
Exceptional time management, prioritization and organization abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and pivot within scope for business needs
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to take initiative and common goals
