Responsibilities

Perform valuation analyses and build detailed financial models (three-statement, LBO, mergers, bolt-on acquisitions) to support transaction decision-making
Conduct in-depth industry and company research to generate strategic insights and support deal execution
Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for client assignments, new business development, and strategic engagements
Assist in due diligence processes by analyzing client and target financials and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with deal team members across departments to manage workflow and ensure timely execution of M&A activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
1-2 years in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or public accounting with a focus on valuation or due diligence
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including financial modeling and data analysis
Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial statements, and transaction processes across M&A or capital markets
Exceptional quantitative aptitude, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Must have strong professional ties to the Greater Philadelphia area
