Regional Sales and Channel Manager - IN/KY/OH

The Regional Sales & Channel Manager will drive revenue and expand market share within Indiana, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio by leveraging indirect sales channels and building strong relationships with key partners.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and market penetration goals
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, fostering trust and collaboration to maximize sales opportunities
Performance management: Monitor and analyze channel sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results
Partner enablement: Provide comprehensive training, support, and resources to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives
New partner recruitment: Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and access new customer segments
Marketing and promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement channel-specific marketing programs and promotional activities
Negotiation and contracts: Negotiate agreements, terms, and conditions with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements
Reporting and forecasting: Develop and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management
Issue resolution: Address and resolve escalated issues or conflicts with channel partners efficiently and effectively
Travel: Travel as required for partner meetings, industry events, and conference

Qualification

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation Sales and Management
Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Strong communication/analytical/technical/problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate across teams, manage ambiguity, coach and develop
Driven by a customer-first mindset, with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and a passion for creating new solutions every day

Preferred

Previous experience in Manufacturing, Logistics & E-Commerce
Familiarity with robotics, assembly, sensors
Experience working in a team/remote/fast-paced/client-facing/etc. environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, analyze data
