Responsibilities
Assisting in development of operating and capital forecasts
Recommending and implementing improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions
Manage a team of six engineers
Must have proactive professional attitude, solid customer service skills, and ability to work in a team environment
Qualification
Required
7 + years on-site experience
Ability to read blueprints
Experience working with centrifugal chillers
Experience with HVAC package systems
Experience with air handlers
Experience with VAV's
Knowledge of pneumatic controls
Knowledge of electronic controls
Knowledge of standard plumbing systems
Knowledge of standard electrical systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions
Proactive professional attitude
Solid customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience in supervising a team of maintenance engineers
