Responsibilities

Lead business analysis by partnering with stakeholders to assess systems, identify needs, and propose integration and process solutions

Organize and facilitate stakeholder sessions to capture evolving requirements and system improvement ideas

Document, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements

Develop and review requirements documents, use cases, test plans, and other technical artifacts

Facilitate and support testing by validating system functionality against requirements

Support data validation, cleansing, and integration to ensure enterprise data quality and accuracy

Assist engineering and support teams with implementing improvements, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining standards for enterprise tools

Contribute to continuous quality improvement of enterprise systems through process enhancements and technical support

Prepare documentation for procedures, workflows, change control, and escalation processes

Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and leadership to align objectives and deliverables

Provide regular updates and communicate progress using project management tools and reporting structures

Promote best practices in data management, analysis, and business reporting

Capture and document meeting minutes, requirements, and best practices to support knowledge sharing

Required

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university

1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business process improvement, or supporting system-level initiatives

1–3 years of experience with SQL, LDAP, or other ETL processing methods

1–3 years of experience with a high-level programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Perl, PHP)

Experience gathering and writing business and technical requirements

Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail

Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL databases, and BI reporting tools

Familiarity with back-end database systems and languages

Ability to assess evolving business needs and translate them into system and process solutions

Proficiency in computer skills - word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
