Responsibilities

Champion a client-focused culture within the department, setting expectations, managing staff, and ensuring consistent high-quality client service
Execute routine processing tasks for loan and treasury management products
Develop and maintain service level agreements, publish performance dashboards, and evaluate processes for improvement
Collaborate with Credit, Relationship Managers, and Compliance to align with business objectives and compliance requirements
Support client growth and service across business lines
Cross-train staff to ensure consistent coverage and ongoing skill development
Coordinate preparation and maintenance of legal loan documentation, including notes, security agreements, guarantees, UCC filings, collateral, and insurance records
Oversee setup and maintenance of treasury management product offerings (e.g., ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and online banking installations and limits); monitor internal controls and dual authorization
Maintain vendor relationships and act as product administrator for technology platforms, including coordination of upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Maintain and update departmental policies, procedures, SOPs, and internal controls in line with regulatory expectations
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Lead remediation efforts for audit and examination findings
Track and manage exceptions to maintain audit-ready operations
Develop and implement fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategies to protect client assets and ensure regulatory compliance
Regularly review and optimize operational workflows, recommending technology improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and control
Build business cases for automation or system enhancements; coordinate training and change management during rollouts
Collaborate with stakeholders for approval and integration of process improvements
Anticipate and plan for technology needs to drive future client experience and operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in loan support or treasury management operations
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong commitment to continuous improvement, metric-driven management, and problem solving
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Credit, Relationship Managers, Compliance, and IT/Vendors

Preferred

Hands-on knowledge of commercial account opening processes and loan documentation workflows preferred
Familiarity with treasury management product rules and controls (ACH/NACHA, wires, RDC, Positive Pay) preferred
