Qualification
Required
Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, task allocation, and maintaining a safe work environment
Proficiency in operating and managing Heavy Equipment, such as excavators and loaders, used in civil construction projects
Knowledge and experience in Carpentry and Maintenance to support on-site project requirements
Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, leadership, and clients while maintaining clear and professional correspondence
Ability to work on-site in Bismarck, ND, and meet physical demands of the role
Preferred
Prior experience in utilities, civil construction, or a related field is a plus
