Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing analytics strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with SaaS business objectives
Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing analysts and data scientists focused on extracting actionable insights from complex datasets
Drive the measurement, reporting, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (digital, organic, paid, ABM), including forecasting, attribution, and ROI analysis
Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to unify customer, product, and market data for enhanced growth opportunities
Develop new methodologies for mining and leveraging data (including AI, ML, and predictive analytics) to improve marketing investment and performance
Oversee dashboard creation, KPI benchmarking, and performance analysis to support exec-level insights and decision-making
Design and implement processes for data governance, security, and compliance across the SaaS platform
Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence company-wide marketing priorities
Foster a culture of analytics adoption and continual technical skill development in SQL, Python, R, and MarTech platforms
Qualification
Required
12-15 years experience in marketing analytics roles, with 5+ years in a SaaS B2B environment
Mastery of data analytics, digital marketing KPIs, performance tracking, and statistical modeling (market mix, attribution, regression)
Proven leadership in managing analytics teams and collaborating across functions (sales, product, engineering)
Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, R, and modern MarTech/BI platforms
Strong communicator able to influence C-suite and cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and proactive innovator with a growth mindset
Preferred
Experience implementing AI/ML in marketing analytics is a plus
