They are seeking a Performance Creative Specialist to lead the creative production for paid advertising on Meta, focusing on generating and editing a high volume of ad variations using generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end production of performance creatives (video and static) for our Meta ad accounts

Operate a sophisticated stack of generative and editing AI tools to produce 100+ ad variations per week (video and static)

Refine and finalize AI-generated assets using traditional editing software (e.g., Canva Magic) when necessary

Systematize the creative process to efficiently generate hundreds of ad variations based on winning hooks, angles, and formats (from our internal creative direction)

Actively study and learn from top e-commerce advertisers and creative strategists on Twitter/X

Provide the marketing team with weekly summaries of new creative strategies, examples of best-in-class ads, and hypotheses for new tests

Analyze daily ad performance data to understand •why• certain creatives are winning or failing, then develop and pitch new creative test ideas based on your research and performance data

Required

Must have previous working experience based in the United States

[2-3] years of experience creating high-performing direct-response ads (video and static) for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), specifically for e-commerce brands, ideally in Healthy & Wellness

Ideal background is video creation & editing, specifically video ads for Meta

A 'student of the game' mentality—you must have a genuine, provable passion for following marketing and AI trends on platforms like Twitter/X

Ability to manage a high-volume workload, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and execute end-to-end creative projects independently

Thirst for knowledge and education

Proficient skills in motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), animation, or 3D rendering

Advanced skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and traditional graphic design (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Proficiency with modern generative AI tools. Demonstrable experience and interest with tools for text-to-video (like Sora, Veo, HeyGen), AI-driven UGC (like MakeUGC), and AI image editing (like Gemini/Nano Banana) is essential
