SageSure is a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, seeking an intern to support their growing Claims department. The Claims Intern will gain hands-on experience in developing operational reports and dashboards, contributing to the scaling and growth of the team.

Responsibilities

Identify operational reporting opportunities with Claims department supervisors and leaders
Develop data and visual dashboards that can be used to quickly identify needed actions
Work with leaders to incorporate operational data and dashboards into daily and weekly management processes
Build reports that serve as operational controls
Establish framework for understanding and making efficient use of currently available, operational, claims data

Required

An undergraduate education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, with an anticipated graduation date in 2026 or 2027
AI experience or coursework (e.g., applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics tools)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Excel skills
Intermediate or better SQL programming skills
Experience using data and reporting or business intelligence tools (eg Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, etc)
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Authorization to work in the United States
GPA of 3.0 or better
