Business Development Manager – Medtech & Life Sciences Translation Services
Responsibilities
Build and grow a book of business by developing relationships with medical device, digital health, diagnostics, and medtech companies
Understand client workflows, from e-labeling to IFUs to MDR compliance, and position Sesen as the partner of choice
Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape custom solutions for global product launches, regulatory submissions, and patient-facing content
Represent Sesen at industry events, webinars, and client meetings
Stay ahead of industry trends in translation, regulatory labeling, and medical technology innovation
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in medical devices, medtech, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or localization
Have worked with translation vendors before, or better yet, managed multilingual documentation internally
Ready to take your insider knowledge and drive revenue in a client-facing role
Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy
