Pacific Crest Services (PCS) is seeking entrepreneurial insurance professionals who want to build and own their own insurance agency as part of a national insurance alliance. As a PCS Alliance Member, you will operate your own insurance business with the support of PCS, managing your agency while advising clients and selling various insurance products.

Advise clients using a consultative insurance approach
Sell and service personal, commercial, and/or specialty insurance products
Develop long-term client relationships and a renewable book of business
Establish your own office and staff (optional)

Qualification
Required
Licensed insurance agent
Entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to build and manage an insurance agency
Consultative approach to advising clients
Experience in selling and servicing personal, commercial, and/or specialty insurance products
Ability to develop long-term client relationships
Ability to establish an office and staff (optional)
Ability to set own schedule, sales goals, and growth strategy
