Qualification
Required
Experience in sales and marketing management
Ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 10 employees
Proven track record in creating and executing marketing plans
Strong understanding of market evaluation and corporate branding
Experience in aligning sales management efforts with company vision
Ability to motivate and lead project consultants
Experience in the home remodeling or construction industry
