Responsibilities
Engage potential clients through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business goals
Present Virtualite’s service offerings and recommend tailored solutions
Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new business
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow-ups in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, client advising, or business development roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Consultative mindset with the ability to explain solutions clearly
Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
