Meet Life Sciences is seeking a Sourcing Contracts Manager to support Pharmaceutical Operations and Supply Chain by managing contract-related activities. This role involves drafting, negotiating, executing, and administering sourcing agreements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage Statements of Work (SoWs) and Change Orders for low-risk contracts using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system

Coordinate contract routing, tracking, and execution from submission through approval and signature

Advise on and troubleshoot existing agreements under guidance of senior team members

Participate in cross-functional and supplier meetings to address contractual terms and ensure timely execution

Prepare and maintain contract status reports

Create purchase requisitions to support initiation of work under executed contracts

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the contracts and sourcing function

Assist with resolution of invoice, purchase order, and payment issues in partnership with Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable

Support budget forecasting, accruals, and financial audits as needed

Maintain GxP and financial audit readiness, as applicable

Contribute to additional sourcing and contract-related projects as required
