Responsibilities

Processing endorsements, accords, applications, and claims

Quote new business, rewrites and renewals on multiple platforms for varies states

Review clients existing accounts for coverage recommendations

Handling direct and agency billed annual renewals

Partake in weekly team meetings and monthly department meetings

Ensure high levels of customers service interactions

Present and explain insurance policies, including coverage details, terms, and conditions

Ensure customers have the right coverages while identifying and resolving customer conflicts

Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards

NY property and casualty license

Individuals with a proven track record in exceptional customer service is required

Candidates must have exceptional communication skills both orally and written

Ability to successfully manage multiple requests from clients and management with a positive attitude

Experience using Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, with a need to be highly organized when using Outlook
