Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted compliance subject matter expert
Design, implement, and enhance compliance programs, policies, and controls
Lead enterprise risk assessments and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Partner cross-functionally to embed compliance into business processes
Manage initiatives end-to-end—from planning to execution and reporting
Analyze compliance metrics to drive data-backed insights
Develop and deliver engaging training and compliance communications
Translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable controls
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Compliance / Risk / Regulatory Programs
Proven experience with risk assessments and control frameworks
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex compliance concepts
Experience building or maturing compliance programs
Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
