Web Account Executive

Responsibilities

Lead partner-facing website meetings, guiding strategy, decisions, and next steps throughout the build process
Serve as the primary web subject-matter expert, translating technical concepts (WordPress, Duda, hosting, DNS, tracking, integrations) into clear, actionable guidance
Oversee website builds, landing pages, hosting transfers, and ongoing maintenance initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, copy, development, analytics, and SEO to drive efficient execution
Review deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with scope and best practices
Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving solutions forward
Lead pre-launch QA, launch coordination, and post-launch validation to ensure a smooth go-live

Required

Strong understanding of website development workflows and CMS platforms, particularly WordPress and Duda
Ability to interpret sitemaps, wireframes, and Figma designs and translate technical requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Working knowledge of UX/UI principles, site performance optimization, GA4, GTM, DNS, hosting environments, domain management, and SEO fundamentals
Experience supporting analytics and tracking implementations (GA4, GTM, pixels, form tracking)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing environments
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–4+ years of experience in web strategy, digital account management, SEO, or a client-facing technical role; agency experience preferred

Preferred

Experience managing website builds or similar technical projects strongly preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
