Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of global talent programs across attraction, movement, and development
Design and manage Global Talent Learning programs that support onboarding, career development, and leadership growth, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide talent strategies and business goals
Lead initiatives that embed continuous learning and development into everyday workflows, enabling active engagement for employee upskilling and knowledge sharing
Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements based on analytics and business feedback
Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to create scalable learning experiences aligned to organizational needs
Communicate program goals, outcomes, and impact to stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive change
Collaborate with Marketing and Global Talent Attraction teams to integrate messaging into employer branding efforts
Support Global Talent Movement initiatives by aligning development programs with relocation, internal movement, and career transitions

Required

5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of leading large-scale initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong program management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and engage stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements
