Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Maintain and validate payroll data, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, stock income reporting, fringe benefits, and bonuses

Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and collaborate with internal teams to support benefits and retirement processing

Partner with global mobility and third-party providers to manage tax compliance for employees on international assignments

Identify operational and regulatory risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure compliance

Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly

Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards

Prepare and verify documentation, reports, and declarations for regulatory authorities

Collaborate daily with HR and Finance to align payroll processes and resolve issues related to outsourced services

Maintain compliance with labor laws, internal audit requirements, and payroll deadlines
