Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end contract operations including drafting, reviewing, and facilitating execution of agreements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and completion
Review and respond to client redlines, coordinating revisions with internal subject matter experts
Oversee contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and ensure timely updates to workflows and documentation
Maintain high standards of data integrity and document organization
Lead communications between departments to ensure smooth contract execution and adherence to timelines
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of contract management, operations, or negotiation experience (3–5 years preferred)
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare, hospital environments, or 340B programs
Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems
Background in healthcare or legal contracting
