Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to increase Ricoh’s market share
Understand the customer’s environment and buying process, focusing on their needs rather than predefined products or services
Address known and uncovered business challenges through research, questioning, and tailored solutions
Open doors with decision-makers and influencers to generate sales opportunities
Deliver compelling presentations in person and virtually; articulate how buying decisions impact financial outcomes
Use storytelling to demonstrate Ricoh’s ability to accelerate digital transformation and uncover opportunities aligned with Ricoh’s portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years of proven business development experience
Foundational understanding of P&L components
Strong research and analytical skills to enable meaningful business conversations
Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in IT and/or software services preferred
Knowledge of document workflow solutions and processes preferred
Experience selling in healthcare is preferred
