Business unit niche in vertical construction
Prepare business plan
Financial report of business unit

Serves on outside committee or board
Qualification
Required
Understands the successful pre-project planning effects on the delivery of a project
Client development and relationship management
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
15+ years of commercial construction experience
College graduate with relevant degree
Experience in Commercial Construction required
Experience using Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies is a plus
Preferred
Experience with multifamily projects is preferred, but not required
